What we're doing for Jakeman's

1. Discovery & strategy. Map the maple syrup landscape on Amazon US + CA, identify premium positioning gaps, lock the initial 10–12 SKUs and the launch order.
2. Brand Registry. Apply for and approve Amazon Brand Registry so we can run A+ content, Brand Story, and protect the brand.
3. Per-SKU drafts. Draft titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords for each product. You approve before we upload.
4. Listing creation. Upload finalized listings to Amazon.com and Amazon.ca with UPCs, nutritional info, and your imagery.
5. Launch. Hand off live listings with documentation; identify follow-on opportunities (A+ design, PPC) for a separate phase.
